We receive many requests for recipes, and this website has several samples of our recipes. This page links you to them. All of the recipes are from Feast Without Yeast:4 Stages to Better Health(1999) and Extraordinary Foods for the Everyday Kitchen (2003). Both books are available for sale from Wisconsin Institute of Nutrition, by filling out the order form or calling us toll free at 1-877-332-7899. Between the two books, you will find more than 350 original yeast free recipes. Extraordinary Foods for the Everyday Kitchen is 100% gluten/wheat and casein/milk free as well. Extraordinary Foods for the Everyday Kitchen also contains more than 60 menus to help you put our delicious recipes together into simple meals and feasts for company.
